Once you have completed a series of Pilates Reformer classes, you are ready to join our exciting Circuit classes. Using the Reformer, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Chair, and Mat you will rotate through the Pilates studio experiencing the variety of specialized equipment in a group setting. Our Pilates mat classes will move you through a series of fluid and energizing exercises that stretch, strengthen, and streamline. Developed by Joseph Pilates, this format will help you build stamina, tone and strength all while enhancing performance and core strength. This class is a great way to get involved in Pilates and progress toward a mat class. Using the Reformer machine you will learn to work from the core while increasing your whole body strength and flexibility. A 55 minute private session is required prior to beginning your first class.
