Come prepared for an outdoor workout adventure! Plan on being pushed (encouraged) while running and conditioning your body - rain or shine. Join our Marine Corp Officer Candidate School trained instructor or Group Fitness Manager for a workout of epic proportions. No matter what your level, they'll show you how it's done, and see that you do it too. Classes offered April-September.

Circuit Conditioning

Get the most out of your workout by combining cardio and strength components in this challenging series of exercise stations. (70 Minutes)

Are you ready to commit to a new you? Class includes a body composition test and circumference measurements to substantiate your improvement from start to finish. This total body workout includes cardiovascular exercise, strength training, and flexibility using bars, dumbbells, BOSU’s and bands. Taught by our PRO Personal Trainers. Functional Training

(55 Minutes) - Seattle Only

Develop a relationship with your body in a whole new way, no matter what your fitness level! We’ll start with a Functional Movement Screening (FMS) to assess your body’s strengths and weaknesses. Based on your score, your workout will include a dynamic warm-up ("movement preparation"), followed by a series of movements designed to activate your core ("Prehab"), plyometric training ("Elasticity"), a set of high intensity intervals (“Energy System Development” or “ESD”) ending with a regeneration period (“Regen”), which includes advanced stretching techniques. As you retrain your body’s basic movement patterns and develop increased coordination, you’ll be reassessed and progress to more challenging exercise movements. View PDF Flyer.

FX Fusion

(55 Minutes) - Performance Center Only

FX Fusion is a simple and complete body workout utilizing functional exercise techniques and equipment at the Performance Center. During the 55 minutes there will be a combined focus on building strength and cardiovascular fitness using the Freemotion circuit and intervals in the Energy System Development Studio. The "Alpine Start" will get your body conditioned for exercising early and help you build endurance for our annual Mt. Rainier climb or any other outdoor activity. Strength, cardio and stability training two mornings each week will condition your legs, heart, and core for a variety of optional Saturday "excursions" into the beautiful northwest wilderness. ZUMBA

(55 Minutes) - Bellevue Only

Hypnotic musical rhythms fused with exciting moves in a dynamic workout that’s fun and easy to do. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms are combined with resistance training to tone, sculpt, and energize the whole body.
