A fun and gentle aerobic workout for new parents and baby. Parents are welcome to attend with or without your baby. We recommend that babies be carried in a front-pack (Baby Bjorn, Snugli, or Side-Pack) not to exceed size/weight limitation on front-pack. View PDF Flyer.

Come find out how good it feels to have a strong core and solid cardio fitness. From your spine to your abs to your back and glutes, we work it all using core boards, stability balls, and other strengthening props.

Move your body to funky hip hop dance moves while enjoying some of the latest music selections. This class will challenge your cardiovascular fitness in a fun and motivating environment.

Indoor Cycling

(55 Minutes)

Our Indoor Cycling classes are a wonderful way to go for a ride with an experienced instructor without ever leaving the building. If you are an experienced cyclist or a newcomer and would just like a great cardio and leg workout, please come and enjoy. Total Kickboxing

(55 Minutes) - Bellevue Only

This intense cardiovascular and toning workout features authentic Kickboxing techniques for strengthening upper body, abdomen, and lower body.

Step 101

(55 Minutes) - Bellevue Only

If you would like to add a cardio class into your fitness training, but are new to the step class atmosphere this class will teach you the basics techniques of step aerobics and hi/low impact in order to move you into more advanced classes. View PDF Flyer.

Step Funk

(55 Minutes) - Seattle Only

Basic step meets a little Hip Hop. Enjoy upbeat music and sweat while you laugh. No step experience required. View PDF Flyer.

ZUMBA

(55 Minutes) - Bellevue Only

Hypnotic musical rhythms fused with exciting moves in a dynamic workout that’s fun and easy to do. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms are combined with resistance training to tone, sculpt, and energize the whole body.
