Fitness specialists are always available to help. And for the ultimate in convenience, our on-the-floor concierge can coordinate reservations for other club amenities while you exercise.

Women's Only Fitness Room

Bellevue only

Our women's-only fitness room features treadmills, ellipticals, Lifecycles, Stepmills, steppers, Med-X strength equipment, medicine and swiss balls, dumbbells, and ab-mats.

Junior Equipment Orientation

Juniors, ages 8-16, are required to attend a 30 minute session prior to using the facilities. Just by attending, junior members will receive basic equipment use and guidelines. The purpose is to help these members feel safe and confident using the exercise equipment and to learn their way around the Fitness Center. Sign up at any concierge desk for this half-hour session and come dressed and ready to exercise. View PDF Flyer.

Getting Started Fitness Program

Struggling with your workout? Our personal trainers will get you on the right track with a free Get Started session. During this one-hour appointment, you’ll define your goals, learn a basic strength training and cardio workout routine, receive tips on exercise, and leave your session with a personalized workout card you can continue to do on your own. This valuable free appointment is open to all members. Visit the Concierge Desk or Fitness Center Concierge to schedule your Get Started session. You may be asked to fill out this Lifestyle Profile Form (Right-click & save to your desktop) prior to the consult.

Body Composition Analysis

For only $25, you can learn your estimated body composition in a matter of minutes. Bioelectrical impedance accurately measures your percentage of body fat and lean muscle mass. This is useful in determining if you have a healthy balance of lean mass and fat percentage and establishing fitness goals. It is also a great benchmark for measuring fat loss and lean muscle goals while you are on a fitness program. Sign up at any Concierge Desk.

Over 100 personal trainers have been hand selected from the area’s best. Each is nationally certified by ACSM and/or ACE, as well as by PRO Sports Club's 20/20 Lifestyles program. Most trainers have advanced degrees and many years experience in the fitness field. Click here for more information.
