Reservations are required for childcare and may be made in person during childcare hours, or by phone during business hours.

Onsite childcare services are available to nonmembers enjoying our Spa, Physical Therapy or Podiatry services, or who are guests of members.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy

Bellevue

To ensure that we provide the best service possible, cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to your appointment time. For cancellations less than 24 hours in advance, the full cost of the reserved time will be charged if the class is filled at the time of the cancellation (Because other members were thereby prevented from reserving the space in the class.) Even if the class is filled at the time of late cancellation, the cancellation fee will not be charged if another member fills the time slot. No shows will be charged the full amount.

Seattle

Appointments can be cancelled at any time before the day of the appointment. No shows will be charged the full amount of reservation. Reservations cancelled the same day will be charged for 1 hour of the reserved time.
