APPOINTMENTS: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to appointment with personal items already removed. Please Note: A service fee may be applied to remove excessive personal items.
LATE ARRIVALS: If you arrive late, your appointment may be forfeited to another guest and we will have to reschedule.
CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS: We request a 24-hour notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. Cancellations received less than 24 hours in advance or no shows will be charged the full amount of the service scheduled.
All cleaning and detail services are based on vehicles in normal dirty condition. Vehicles that require extra time due to heavy soil, pet hair, tree sap, or restoration services may incur additional fees.
